Location: All Over Maharashtra (Remote work)

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in speech and hearing services.
2. Conduct telephonic consultations to understand clients' requirements and provide information about the clinic's services.
3. Maintain a database of client interactions and update records accurately.
4. Schedule appointments for clients with the clinic's specialists and coordinate follow-up actions.
5. Collaborate with the clinic's marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns clients may have.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in spoken and written Marathi and English.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Comfortable using telephonic communication tools and basic computer applications.
4. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting targets and deadlines.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
